Pre-cooked food: cook in the oven straight away without removing the aluminium container. We recommend in between defrosting operations to remove frost from time to time from the freezer grids by means of a spatula. Any damage to the appliance resulting from failure to observe these instructions is not covered by the guarantee. Defrost the appliance preferibly when the amount of frozen food is minimal or when the appliance is empty. If there are still frozen foods in the freezer, press the fast freeze button a few hours before defrosting to further cool the food.
