In the home, they may vary depending on the individual water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash. The consumption data indicated are based on an inlet water temperature of approx. 15°C through the cold fill valve as well as the hot fill valve (if available). If your washing machine has a hot fill valve, connection of this valve to hot water supply will lower the energy consumption by reduced heating times, depending on the individual hot fill inlet water temperature. Water and energy consumptions refer to the default setting of the programmes, with temperature and load as indicated in the table; selecting any options or changing the spin speed will also change the consumption data. The programme duration may differ from the values indicated above as it depends on the operation conditions applicable at that time (see also “Troubleshooting Guide” in your Instructions for Use). * ** *** Reference programmes for Energy Label. To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle before the water is drained. Automatic adaptation of programme duration after detection of wash load. • Press the “Start/Pause” button ; the programme will terminate automatically with the final spin cycle for the present wash programme. If you do not wish to spin the clothes, turn the programme selector to the “Drain” programme and press the “Start/ Pause” button to start draining. “Spin” button • • Every programme has a predefined spin speed; press the button if you want to set a different spin speed. If spin speed “0” is selected, the final spinning is cancelled and the water is drained out only. However, intermediate spin phases remain during rinse. PROGRAMME END • 1. The “Door open” indicator lights up, and the display shows “End”. Turn the programme selector to the “Off/O” position. Leave the door ajar to allow the drum to dry. LOAD LAUNDRY, ADD DETERGENT AND SELECT THE PROGRAMME Load the laundry, close the door and add detergent as indicated on the front page and as described in the chapter “Detergent and Additives” in your Instructions for Use. Turn the programme selector to the desired programme and temperature. The display shows the programme duration and the predefined spin speed. The “Start/Pause” indicator blinks. “Clean +” button • Choose this option if you use an in-wash additive for stain removal (powder, for example “Vanish”) - it will optimize the additive’s efficiency to get better wash performance and stain removal. Add an appropriate amount of in-wash additive for stain removal (powder) to the main wash chamber, together with your detergent (only use powder detergent with this option). Respect the manufacturer’s dosing instructions.
