Manual abstract: user guide WHIRLPOOL AWO/D 6927INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Brief programme to refresh your laundry. Only woollens, labelled with the Woolmark and identified as machine washable. This programme (40°C) is tested and approved by The Woolmark Company for machine washable wool. Textiles made of silk, linen, wool and viscose marked as “handwashable”. [. . . ] * To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle, before the pump drains the water out. ** Reference programmes for Energy Label. *** Automatic adaptation of programme duration after detection of wash load “Easy ironing” button • Can be used together with “Cotton”, “Synthetics” and “Daily load” programmes to make ironing easier. • Increases the water quantity and the clothes are spun very gently. “Rinse hold” button • The laundry remains in the last rinse water without pregressing to the final spin cycle to avoid creasing and prevent colours from changing. • It is particularly useful if you want to postpone spinning to a later time, or if you want to drain only. Note: The programme stops to “Rinse hold” at the time the “Rinse hold” lights in the preogramme sequence indication is on. The indication lamp next to the “Start/Pause” button blinks. Terminate the “Rinse hold” option: • Press the “Start/Pause” button; the programme will terminate automatically with the final spin cycle for the present wash programme. • If you do not wish to spin the clothes, turn the programme selector knob to the “Drain” programme and press the “Start/Pause” button. “Spin” button • Every programme has a predefined spin speed. The drain hose may be kinked or the filter must be cleaned (see “Cleaning the filter” in your Instructions for Use). PROGRAMME END • All the lights of the programme sequence indicator are off, and the “Door open” indication lights up. 1. Turn the programme selector to the “Off/O” position. 3. Open the door and unload the machine. 4. Leave the door ajar to allow the drum to dry. CHANGE PROGRAMME AND/OR OPTIONS AFTER PROGRAMME START 1. Press the “Start/Pause” button to pause the programme. 2. Select the new programme (with temperature), any options and another spin speed if you want. 3. Press the “Start/Pause” button again. The new programme continues at the same position where the previous programme was interrupted. Do not add detergent for this programme. CANCEL (RESET) A RUNNING PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END The “Reset” button cancels a programme before the end. [. . . ] • Do not use liquid detergent for the main wash when activating the “Prewash” option. “Rapid” button • Enables quicker washing by shortening the programme duration. • Recommendable for small loads or only lightly soiled laundry. “Clean+” button • Choose this option if you use an in-wash additive for stain removal (powder, for example “Vanish”) - it will optimize the additive’s efficiency to get better wash performance and stain removal. • Add an appropriate amount of in-wash additive for stain removal (powder) to the main wash chamber, together with your detergent (only use powder detergent with this option).
