Check that the cursor is positioned next to the temperature value (zone 1); press button to select the parameter to be changed: the temperature values flash. Set the desired value by turning the “Browse” knob and press to confirm. Turn the “Browse” knob to position the cursor at START and then press . The display indicates which shelf food should be placed on. Do as instructed and press to start cooking. The set temperature can also be changed during cooking by following the same procedure. At the end of cooking, the end of cooking message is displayed. To cook on more than one shelf, select the forced air function and stagger the position of the cake tins on the shelves, aiding optimum circulation of the hot air.
