HOW TO OPERATE THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT
This is an automatic refrigerator or refrigerator with star low temperature compartment. Defrosting of the refrigerator compartment is completely automatic. The refrigerator can operate at ambient temperature between +16°C and +32°C. Switching on the refrigerator for the first time Insert the plug into the mains socket. The thermostat allows you to set the temperature inside the refrigerator compartment without altering the conditions inside the low temperature compartment. For correct operation and excellent storage results in both compartments, set the thermostat between positions 2 and 3. To set the temperature inside the compartments, turn the thermostat as follows: •to the lowest numbers 1-2 for the LEAST COLD internal temperatures. •to the highest numbers 3-4 for the COLDEST compartment temperature. Thermostat set to • position: no operation, no light. Note: Ambient temperature, the frequency with which the doors are opened and closed and the position of the appliance can affect the temperature inside the two compartments. These factors must be taken into account when setting the thermostat. How to use the refrigerator compartment Position the food as illustrated in the figure A. Butter, cheese and dairy products Note: • The space between the shelves and the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment must be unobstructed to allow circulation of air. • Do not place food in direct contact with the rear wall of the compartment. • Store liquids in closed containers. • Storing vegetables with a high water content (e. g. : salad). : can cause condensation to form in the lower drawers and/or on the middle shelves this will not affect the correct operation of the appliance. However, we recommend to wrap up vegetables to avoid formation of condensation.

HOW TO OPERATE THE LOW TEMPERATURE COMPARTMENT
If installed, the star low temperature compartment may be used to store frozen products for the time indicated on the packaging. When purchasing frozen food products: • Ensure that the packaging is not damaged (frozen food in damaged packaging may have deteriorated). If the package is swollen or has damp patches, it may not have been stored under optimal conditions and defrosting may have already begun. • When shopping, leave frozen food purchases until last and transport the products in a thermally insulated cool bag. • Place the items in the low temperature compartment as soon as you get home.
