HOW TO USE THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT
The star freezer compartment may be used to store frozen products for the time indicated on the packaging and to freeze fresh food by placing it on the shelf in the top of the freezer. Frozen products should instead be stored in the bottom of the freezer compartment to prevent contact with food still to be frozen. The rating plate shows the quantity of fresh food that can be frozen in 24 hours. Important: Wrap and seal fresh food in: • Aluminium foil, cling film, air and water-tight plastic bags, polythene containers with lids or special freezer containers. • The freezer compartment is able to maintain correct storage temperatures even in the case of power failure. Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the mains. • Clean the refrigerator interior with a sponge soaked in a solution of lukewarm water and/or neutral detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products.
