Open the door after the preserving time has ended but let the jars remain in the oven until they have reached room temperature PRESERVATION FOOD AMOUNT 1 LITER JAR ½ LITER JAR TIME 40-120 MIN. HINTS Preservation 10:48 END TIME VEGETABLES PRE-COOK VEGETABLES and fill the jars as described for 25 - 105 MIN. Pour over brine. 1 LITER JAR FRUIT ½ LITER JAR 30-50 MIN. RIPE FRUIT does not need to be pre-cooked. FILL THE JARS but leave about 2 cm unfilled from top. PRESS THE OK / SELECT BUTTON to confirm. PRESS THE START BUTTON. TEMPERATURE Finishing 13:30 END TIME USE THIS FUNCTION for reheating and finish cooking of ready made meals, such as roasts, fish, and gratins. PLACE THE FOOD TO BE FINISHED on the steam tray on level 3 and the Drip tray beneath it. Set the temperature in line with the desired end temperature of the food. 30 REHEAT Reheat        TURN THE ADJUST KNOB to select which setting to edit.      TURN THE MULTIFUNCTION KNOB until Reheating is displayed. 100°C 00:05 COOK TIME PRESS THE OK / SELECT BUTTON to confirm.
