FAST BOILING FUNCTION This function makes it possible to bring water to the boil fast; the Fast Boiling function remains active for a preset time. Once the preset time has elapsed, the cooktop returns automatically to maximum power level. The Fast Boiling function can be activated also once you have already started cooking. Warning: Make sure you have placed the pan on the cooking zone before activating the fast boiling function or the glass-ceramic surface may be damaged.
