PROGRAMME START Open the water inlet tap and press the “On/Off” button. DOOR LOCK During the running programme, the door cannot be opened. The door locks automatically in all programmes. If the programme is stopped or if an electrical power failure occurs, the door unlocks automatically after about 1 minute. PROGRAMME END • The programme selector knob is at “STOP”, the pilot lamp lights. Cancel the options by pressing the appropriate buttons. Wait for the door to unlock (about 1 minute). Open the door and the drum flaps and unload the machine.
SELECTING A NEW PROGRAMME, SPIN SPEED, OPTIONS AFTER PROGRAMME START 1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance. Press the “On/Off” button to switch on the appliance. TO STOP, RESET A PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END 1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance. Set the programme selector on “Drain”. Press the “On/Off” button to start the “Drain” programme. Only open the door when the programme selector is at “STOP” and the door is unlocked (after approximately 1 minute). NOTES AND INDICATIONS FOR USE • After switching your washing machine on, it does not start immediately: it needs some seconds in order to lock the door, fill water and then drum starts turning. • Spinning has an interrupted start-up: the drum starts and stops running several times, to improve spin efficiency and to better balance the laundry. • At the end of the spinning cycle the drum goes on reversing for some minutes: this helps you unloading the laundry. [. . . ] • This option is particularly suitable for areas with very soft water when washing baby linen and helps people with skin allergies. • For improved garment care it is advised to use the option for the Cotton 90° C and the Coloured 60° C programme.
