Making ice cubes
Fill the ice cube tray 3/4 with water and place it at the bottom of the freezer compartment. Use a spoon handle to remove ice cube trays which stick to the compartment. Do not use sharp or pointed instruments.

How to operate the refrigerator compartment
1. Switching on the refrigerator compartment for the first time Press the refrigerator compartment ON button (1). The green LED (2) lights up, indicating operation of the refrigerator compartment. Temperature Selection limit: min +6°C max +9°C The inside light switches on when the refrigerator door is opened and an acoustic alarm sounds when the door has been left open for more than 1 minute. It will switch off when the door is closed. The temperature of the variable temperature compartment is approx. 3°C lower than in the other parts of the refrigerator. Important: After being switched on, the refrigerator needs approximately 30 minutes to reach the correct temperature to store a typical volume of food in the refrigerator compartment. Important: Defrosting of the refrigerator compartment is completely automatic. To switch off the refrigerator compartment: 1. Press the refrigerator compartment ON button again (1).
How to use the refrigerator compartment
1. Position the food as illustrated in the figure. Bottles Note: Do not place food in direct contact with the rear wall of the compartment. Make sure sufficient space is left for air to circulate around the food. Do not place hot food in the refrigerator.

How to operate the variable temperature compartment
The appliance is equipped with a separate compartment for optimum storage of perishable foods. This enables considerably prolonged storage of food without the need to freeze. Furthermore, food retains its original freshness and nutritional properties. This compartment is suitable for storing mainly meat and fish. Switching on the variable temperature compartment Press the button (5). [. . . ] Switch the appliance on again to see if the problem has been solved. If the problem persists after this course of action and indications on the control panel differ from those described, contact After-sales Service. Note: The direction of door opening can be changed. If this operation is performed by After-sales Service it is not covered by the warranty.
