The end of cooking time can be set, delaying the start of cooking by up to a maximum of 23 hours and 59 minutes. This can only be done once cooking time has been set. INDICATION OF THE RESIDUAL HEAT INSIDE THE OVEN If at the end of cooking, or when the oven is switched off, the temperature inside the oven is over 50°C, the display shows the word HOT and the current temperature. When the residual heat reaches 50°C, the display shows the current time again. TIMER This function can be used only with the oven switched off and is useful, for example, for monitoring the cooking time of pasta. The maximum time which can be set is 23 hours and 59 minutes. Use the accessories supplied and preferably dark coloured metal cake tins and oven trays. You can also use pans and accessories in pyrex or stoneware, but bear in mind that cooking times will be slightly longer. To obtain best results, carefully follow the advice given in the cooking table for the choice of accessories (supplied) to be placed on the various shelves.
