The inside temperature setting can be adjusted between -16°C and -24°C, proceeding as follows: • Press the inside temperature adjustment button D. The storage temperature can be changed by -1°C with each press of the button: the value flashes cyclically between -16°C and -24°C. • The 6th Sense function is activated automatically in case of opening of doors and the introduction of small amounts of food to be frozen. Its duration is variable and depends on the product load conditions and the outside temperature. It does not require any intervention by the user and switches off automatically when normal operating conditions are restored. ECO NIGHT FUNCTION (NIGHTTIME RATE) The Eco Night function enables appliance energy consumption to be concentrated in the reduced rate hours (generally at night), when electricity is readily available and costs less than during the daytime (only in countries that utilise a time based multi-rate system - check energy rates with the local electricity company). To activate the function, press the button F at the reduced rate start time (depending on the specific rates plan). For example, if the reduced rate starts at 8 p. m. , press the button F at that time. When the Eco Night LED is ON, the function is on. Once the function is activated, the appliance automatically adapts energy consumption according to the time selected, i. e. consuming less energy during the day than at night. IMPORTANT: To operate properly, the function must be on during the night and day. The function remains on until deactivated (or it is deactivated in case of a power failure or appliance switch-off). To deactivate the function, press the button F again. When the Eco Night LED is OFF, the function is off. Note: The declared appliance energy consumption refers to operation with the Eco Night function deactivated. ECO MODE This optional function can be used to save energy. [. . . ] Press the button H; the audible alarm stops, the set temperature flashes and the red light H remains on until a temperature < -10°C is reached. Contact the After-sales Service Long black-out alarm The audible alarm is activated, the light I remains on, the light H flashes and the display shows the maximum temperature reached. Prolonged power failure, able to cause the inside temperature to increase to 0°C Malfunction The message "FF" flashes Product malfunction on the display C Note: The temperature alarm may even be activated following prolonged opening of the door or after fresh food products have been placed in the freezing zone; the temporary increase in temperature signaled does not affect the perfect preservation of already frozen food. NO-FROST AUTOMATIC DEFROST These products are designed to defrost automatically according to conditions of use and ambient humidity.
