A synthetic one-part spray adhesive designed for fabrication of cushions and mattresses; features excellent wet tack, long tack time, and strong bonds to dense foams or viscoelastic. Lower cost than FABOND 180, but does not bond thin fabrics such as tear strips. Designed as a two-part adhesive for office chairs, bus seats, and automotive applications. The amount of adhesive needed depends on the substrates. For foam to foam, the amount varies with the density of the foams, heavier density foams require more adhesive to obtain a foam tearing bond. Wrapping with fabric generally requires very little adhesive, yet the application of tear strips will require enough adhesive to approach saturation of the fabric. The amount of adhesive used will change the tack and open times, the less adhesive used, the faster parts can be joined. For this reason, the least amount of adhesive needed per part should be determined, because this will lead to the maximum efficiency in a spray operation.
