Functions
Uses the parametric equalizer adjusted in "AUTO SETUP" (see page 33). Adjusts the built-in 7-frequency band graphic equalizer so that the tonal quality of the speakers matches. Press 9ENTER to display the graphic equalizer screen. Deactivates the equalizing feature.
Test tone TEST Use this feature to make adjustments of "GEQ" while listening to a test tone. To select "TEST", press 9k / n repeatedly in the graphic equalizer screen.

B)LFE LEVEL Use this feature to adjust the output level of the LFE (lowfrequency effect) channel according to the capacity of your subwoofer or headphones. The LFE channel carries low-frequency special effects which are only added to certain scenes. This setting is effective when the input signal contains the LFE signal. · MIN: Adjusts the dynamic range to narrow when this unit is decoding bitstream signals (except Dolby TrueHD). · AUTO: Adjusts the dynamic range according to the instruction of the input source signals when this unit is decoding Dolby TrueHD signals. When this unit is decoding Dolby TrueHD signals, the dynamic range control is always active regardless of the instruction of the input source signals.
