Should the hob top become heavily soiled, the following products are recommended: - For stainless steel hobs use a proprietary stainless steel cleaner. - For other hobs use Hob Brite or Bar Keepers Friend. vinegar, Do not leave acid or alkaline substances (e. g. vinegar, salt, lemon juice, etc. ) on the cooktop. Pan Supports The pan supports are dishwasher proof. If washing them by hand, take care when drying them as the enamelling process occasionally leaves rough edges.
