Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Ensure that all control knobs are in the OFF position when not in use. Do not leave cookware containing foodstuffs, e. g. fat or oil in or on the oven in case it is inadvertently switched ON. When using other electrical appliances, ensure the cable does not come into contact with the hot surfaces of the oven. Installation · · · · · This oven must be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with existing rules and regulations. [. . . ] A Aluminium, earthenware, oven glassware and bright shiny utensils reduce cooking and base browning. B Enamelled cast iron, anodized aluminium, aluminium with non-stick interior and coloured exterior and dark, heavy utensils increase cooking and base browning. 7 Using the Traditional Gas Oven During cooking, the door should be opened as little as possible to avoid heat loss, and excessive fuel consumption. Press the Gas Oven control knob, turn it to 240 and wait for the flame to come on. Do not release the knob until the burner ignites. It is possible to check the flame through the holes in the bottom of the oven. Upon ignition, keep the knob pressed for about 5/10 seconds, then release it and turn it to the required setting. If the oven burner does not light even after 15 seconds: 1. Release the control knob and turn it to the "Off position" 2. Open the oven door and wait for at least 1 minute before trying to light the oven burner again. If the oven burner accidentally goes out, turn the oven knob to the "Off" position and wait at least 1 minute before trying to light the burner again. The gas oven and the electric grill cannot be used at the same time. Place the proper spit support in the oven. Place the food in the spit and fix the forks by means of the screws. Insert the point of the spit in the motor drive hole, which can be found in the back panel of the oven. Place the outside edge of the spit on the spit support and unscrew the handle. Insert the dripping pan in the lowest level, after pouring a little water in it. DO NOT clean the oven door while the glass panels are warm. If this precaution is not observed the glass panel may shatter. If the door glass panel becomes chipped or has deep scratches, the glass will be weakened and must be replaced to prevent the possibility of the panel shattering. Contact your local Service Centre who will be pleased to advise further. 10 Replacing the Oven Light Disconnect the appliance. If the oven bulb needs replacing, it must comply with the following specifications: - Electric power: 15W, - Electric rate: 230-240 V (50 Hz), - Resistant to temperatures of 300°C, - Connection type: E14. These bulbs are available from your local Service Force Centre. [. . . ] The use of a gas cooking appliance results in the production of heat and moisture in the room in which it is installed. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated: keep natural ventilation holes open or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood). Prolonged intensive use of the appliance may call for additional ventilation, for example opening a window, or more effective ventilation, for example increasing the level of mechanical ventilation where present. control panel control panel gas supply ramp A) View from above flexible metallic pipe gasket B) View from above nut rigid metallic pipe olive male/female adapter gas supply ramp View from above nut gas supply ramp control panel 16 Conversion from Natural to LPG Gas IMPORTANT The replacement/conversion of the gas hob should only be undertaken by qualified personnel.
