Position the runners (E) at the top and bottom of the inside of the kitchen unit as shown in Fig. 8 and mark the position of the external holes. After preparing the holes, screw the runners to the kitchen unit door using 3. 5x16 mm screws.

Open both the appliance door and that of the kitchen unit to approx. Place the little plates over the runners. Hold the doors of the appliance and the unit together and mark the holes.

Remove the little plates and make the holes with a diam. Replace the little plates over the runners and screw in the screws provided (3. 5x16 mm). For the alignment of the kitchen unit door, if necessary, use the clearance size of the slotted holes. At the end of the procedure, check that the doors of the appliance and the kitchen unit open properly.

In case of side fixing of the appliance, it will be sufficient to loosen the screws fixing the brackets (G) and to position them as shown in Fig. 11

The doors can be opened using the sliding system previously illustrated, or one of the two doors can be opened by fitting the small handle supplied as an accessory.

Electrical connection
Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and frequency shown on the serial number plate correspond to your domestic power supply. Voltage can vary by ±6% of the rated voltage. For operation with different voltages, a suitably sized auto-transformer must be used.

OPERATION
Starting-up - Temperature Regulation
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required setting (beyond position «O»); the recommended setting is between 2 and 4. Temperature is regulated automatically and can be increased by turning the knob to lower numbers, or decreased by turning it to higher numbers. However the exact setting should be chosen keeping in mind that the temperature inside the refrigerator depends on: room temperature; how often the door is opened; the quantity of food stored in the refrigerator; location of appliance. To stop the appliance, simply turn the thermostat knob to position «O».

MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance before carrying out any maintenance operation.

Interior light
The light bulb inside the refrigerator compartment can be reached as follows: unscrew the light cover securing screws; unhook the moving part by pressing it as shown in the figure. If the door is open and the light does not come on, check that the bulb is properly screwed in; if it still does not work, replace the bulb with one of the same power. The maximum rating is shown on the light cover. 18
Periodical cleaning
Clean the interior periodically with lukewarm water and some bicarbonate of soda.
Idle periods
During periods when the appliance is not in use, take the following precautions: unplug the appliance from the power supply; remove all foodstuffs from the appliance; defrost the appliance and clean the interior and all accessories; leave the doors ajar to facilitate the circulation of air in the interior of the cabinet so as to prevent unpleasant odours from accumulating in the appliance.
