Pull the upper basket out and arrange the plates, saucers, glasses and cups etc. Slide the baskets back into the machine. 7b. Setting and starting the programme with "DELAY START" Once a programme and required options have been selected (see point 7a. ) to use DELAY proceed as follows: Press the DELAY push button. The digital display will show "h 0". If other options have been selected the corresponding indicator lights will turn off, but this will not modify the settings made previously. Press the button again to select the number of hours by which you wish to delay the programme start (up to a maximum of 12 hours). To set the time setting to zero press the DELAY push button until "h 0" appears in the digital display. Close the door, an audible signal will confirm the starting of the countdown. The digital display shows the delay time, which will decrease in steps of 1 hour. The progression of the countdown will be confirmed by a flashing dot in the digital display. Once the delayed time has elapsed the programme will start automatically and in the digital display will appear the duration of the programme. The opening of the door will not stop the countdown. 5. Ensure that the spray arms can rotate freely. Measure out detergent Add the required amount of detergent into the dispenser. If the half load option is selected remember to reduce the quantity of detergent. Close the detergent dispenser lid. 7a. Setting and starting the programme without "DELAY START" The selection of the programme occurs with the door partially opened. 15 8. To cancel a programme in progress Open the door and press the "CANCEL" push button. A audible signal informs you that the programme under way has been cancelled, 3 horizontal lines (---) will appear in the digital display (for about 2 seconds), then the number of the last selected programme will appear. The dishwasher has now returned to setting mode and it is now possible to select a new washing programme. To stop a countdown in progress, open the door and press the "CANCEL" push button, in the digital display appears the number corresponding to the selected programme.
