With the Off Time option highlighted, press and hold down the Left or Right arrow until the time you want the TV to turn off appears. With the On/Off Timer option highlighted, use the Left or Right arrow to set: "On" - the TV will turn On and Off. "Off" - the TV will not turn On and Off.
