Electronic instruments, multi-track recorders, various audio components and a wide range of other equipment can be connected without hassle. When the unit is running on battery power, the POWER indicator on the top panel begins to flash when the batteries are nearing depletion. This effect simulates the so-called "plate reverb" (as produced by a pickup mounted to a large, free-hanging iron plate). Especially the "Clear" variation is great for percussion.
